A Fantastic, Caring & Loving Place

A fantastic caring and loving place for any dog to swim for fun or medication. My dog was very nervous of water and they had him in the pool relaxed and happy in a few minutes. it’s a wonderful clean and very well maintained pool with excellent trained caring staff

Speedy Recovery

A great place to bring your dog, the facilities are brilliant and the staff are lovely with our dog, very encouraging, they are very professional and knowledgable. We would highly recommend. Our dog has gone from 25% movement in his back legs, to 75% movement in a few weeks.

Arthritis help

We have bought Galaxy swimming here for the best part of a year now. She has arthritis in her hips and this is a great way for her to exercise without putting any strain on the joints……she is very agile afterwards. Leanne and Lorna [and lately Louise too] always take very good care of her. Thank you ladies, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to any dog owners who are wondering if their dog will benefit.

Dedication & Kindness

Lester has been swimming since the pool opened, at first he wasn’t sure and thrashed about but Leanne soon calmed him down and now just launches himself off the ramp with such enthusiasm, he loves it, I would highly recommend you to everyone of your dedication and kindness to all. Well Done Leanne, Lorna & Louise. Woofs & Licks from Lester xx

Leaping with Laughter

Bailey has been with Leanne & Lorna for over 12 months. We cannot thank them enough for what they have done for him. When he started his hydrotherapy he could not get up the stairs. Now he leaps around like a puppy. The facilities are fantastic, with comfortable friendly surroundings. Bailey not wanting to come out of the water at the end of his session is proof enough that Fylde coast canine hydrotherapy are the leading centre in this area and totally dedicated to the care of the pets that they help.

Success Story!

Having been diagnosed with elbow dysplasia last year, our (now) 6 year old Boxer, Zeus, was referred via the Vet as he was becoming lame and overweight. I have to admit we were a little sceptical about the likelihood of any success but how wrong we were. Combined with a change of diet our boy has lost over 5kilos and is back to being a young pup. Leanne and Lorna treat him like he is one of their own. We can’t recommend them enough, thanks guys x

Excellent work!

Ruby a springer spaniel has not been able to move her front legs independently since birth. This means that she hops and this puts a tremendous strain on her back legs. She was on daily medication and injections every 3 weeks. Within a very short time of starting hydrotherapy she was completely off medication. No more problems with her back legs and the swimming keeps her weight in check to. People on the park where I walk Ruby are always remarking on how well she looks these days and I tell them all it’s down to hydrotherapy.
